Lorry Based Systems

PMC's Lorry Based System packages range in capacity up to 10MN. They involve the use of a crane-lorry fitted with test beams and an integral cabin fitted out as a testing station. The test technician erects the system, carries out the test and demobs all equipment from site on conclusion.

Standard Lorry Based Systems are available in the following load capacities and configurations :

• System 120 for 1200kN using 2 or 4 anchor piles
• System 180 for 1800kN using 3 or 6 anchor piles
• System 240 for 2400kN using 4, 6 or 8 anchor piles
• System 300 for 3000kN using 2 or 4 anchor piles
• System 450 for 4500kN using 3 or 6 anchor piles
• System 600 for 6000kN using 4, 6 or 8 anchor piles
• System 1000 for 10MN using 4, 6 or 8 anchor piles
